HOW TO BE THE IDEAL TEACHER
In global competition, the necessary human resources (HR)
quality. Human Resource produced through education and training. Is certainly
intended to produce human resources need to process and outcome quality
education. Education is basically an interaction between educators and
learners, in order to achieve educational goals. In this interaction the larger
role of educator. Because of his position as someone more mature, more
experienced, more control of values, knowledge and skills
To that end, it is necessary educators or teachers who
meet the requirements of professional ability both as an educator and as a
teacher or coach. Herein lies the importance of teachers' professional quality
standards to ensure the learning process and the quality of learning outcomes.
Development of teachers' professional ability standards require fundamental
thinking, systematic, and systemic and consistent and continuous efforts. Teachers
(in Javanese) is a must listen and should be emulated by all his students. listen
means everything conveyed teacher always trusted and believed as truth by all
pupils. All submitted science teacher used as a right not need to be
proved or researched again. A teacher should also be emulated, meaning a
teacher becomes a role model for all of his students. Start way of thinking, a
way of talking to behave the way everyday. As someone who must listen and
imitated by itself has a tremendous role dominanya for pupils
As the backbone of education, the teacher is not a
regular job oriented material alone. Being a teacher is a noble option to
devote knowledge and expertise to the advancement of the nation's education. In
this case of course the necessary capability and science teachers are qualified
so that dignity is no longer underestimated by other professions. Tasks and
role of the teacher is not only limited in the community. Even the teacher
essentially a strategic component that has an important role in determining the
forward movement of the nation's life. The existence of teachers is a factor
that can not be replaced by any component in the life of the nation. The
existence of a teacher is very important, especially for the people who are
building. The better the teachers carry out their duties, the readiness of a
person trained as human development.
Teachers should not be isolated from the social
development of society. The task of teachers as educators is to pass the task
of science and technology to its students. Then the pupils learn to acquire and
develop the skills, training to apply it for the benefit of greater also than
the teacher
Teachers should be able to position ourselves as second
parents, entrusted with the task of biological parents or guardians of the
students in a certain time period. Therefore, the understanding of the spirit
and character of the students needed to be able to easily understand the spirit
and character of the students. That is the task of the teacher as second
parents, after the parents of the students in the family home.
The responsibility of the teacher can be translated into
more specialized competencies, the following:
1.
moral
responsibility; that every teacher should be able to live and ethical behavior
in accordance with moral Pancasila and practice it in daily life.
2.
The
responsibility in school education; that each teacher must master how effective
teaching and learning, able to develop the curriculum, syllabus and learning
implementation plan, implement effective pembeljaran, became the model for the
learners, give advice, carry out evaluation of learning outcomes, and develop
learners.
3.
The
responsibilities in the areas of
society; that each teacher should participate in the success of the
development, which should be competent in guiding, serving and serve
warga.Tanggung responsibility in the field of science; that each teacher should
participate in advancing the science, especially the specification, by carrying
out research and development.
Thus, the task of the teacher is tough. But even tougher responsibility. Because teachers are not only limited responsibilities in the school, but also outside of school. Coaching should give teachers were not only classical, but also individually

According to
Supriadi (2008) profession is a position / job that usually requires

In the Indonesian

teacher training. However, examination of the important features of this
project reveal the pattern of results not in accordance with the wishes in

of teachers who generally do not cause performance to be better teachers.
Governments need to design a broad-based regional approach to the development
of professional knowledge of teachers. Teacher professional development
planning must occur within the context of the vast country. In realizing this
approach, the key elements that might be improved is the use of a model of
information mengimbaskan for example through PKG coach or instructor through
regional and local staff, or PKG activity level through school.
Therefore,
according to research conducted by Djajadi (2012) to become the ideal teacher,
it takes some ways, one of which is teacher training programs. One of them is
the implementation of a teacher training program in the form of Makassar SMP
MGMPs program BERMUTU which the funds originate from aid blockgrant Ministry of
National Education. MGMP is an activity that has been around since 1980 with
the name of PKG that shows how the severity of the professional development of

A teacher should be

According to Hilman

competence include; (1) mastery of the foundation of education; (2) mastering
teaching materials; (3) the ability to draw up teaching programs and (4) the

An ideal teacher
according to Uzer Usman in Kwartolo (2005) has the main task
namely to educate, teach and train. Therefore, a teacher must have competence. In the teaching profession we know the term competence. Competence that is used to assess whether a quality or not. There are three competencies required of teachers, namely: (1) personal competence, (2) social competence, and (3) professional competence.
Personal competence is demonstrated in personal maturity. Here the mental and emotional aspects must be completely awake. Social competence is demonstrated in the ability of teachers to relate, interact. Teachers demonstrate flexibility in association with students, principals, and also colleagues in where he taught. Teachers can create a good friendship. Existence of positive benefits. While professional competence is demonstrated in the ability of the teacher as a good teacher.

According to Muhson
(2004) In forming the ideal teacher, teacher professionalism is great as the
determining factor. This can be realized by understanding the demands of
existing professional standards, building relationships kesejawatan, carry out
work ethics and work culture that promotes high quality services. The
development of creativity in the use of information technology and
communication.
The ideal teacher
is a teacher who used the figure of the bond by the students. This figure was
made up. He was present on the basis of recognition. If the teacher wanted him
to be a figure for their students so he must love the students with sincere.
Then students will be inspired and good communication. Teachers should be able
